No-bake cream cheese, yuzu jelly, candied peel
Yuzu is at its best in the cold months, so this cheesecake appears only for the season. A light, unbaked cream on a crisp biscuit base, finished with a glassy layer of yuzu jelly and threads of candied peel.

Cream cheese (milk), cream (milk), yuzu juice, sugar, biscuit (wheat flour, butter (milk)), bovine gelatine, candied yuzu peel.
