Frequently asked
How far in advance should I order?
Roll cakes, tiramisu and cheesecakes: 24 hours. Birthday and mousse cakes: 48 hours. Commissions: at least 7 days. Orders placed after 14:00 move one day later. We are open daily, 08:00–19:00.
Can I buy a cake without ordering ahead?
A small selection of slices and rolls is available in the atelier each day, while it lasts. [confirm]
Do you write messages on cakes?
Yes — on birthday and mousse cakes, up to 40 characters in Latin or Cyrillic script, piped by hand.
How do bespoke commissions work?
Commissions are priced individually and are not sold online. Message us on WhatsApp, Telegram or Viber at +357 97 988896, e-mail [email protected], or use the commission form. We reply with a sketch and a quotation; your date is reserved once a deposit of at least 50% is received.
What are your opening hours?
We are open every day, 08:00–19:00, at Georgiou A’ 81, Potamos Germasogeias, 4047 Limassol, Cyprus.
Which cards can I pay with?
Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay and Google Pay on our payment provider’s secure page. Cards issued by Russian banks cannot be processed by EU payment providers due to international sanctions — please use an EU/Cypriot or other international card, Apple Pay or Revolut.
Is my payment secure?
Payments are handled by a licensed EU payment provider with 3-D Secure (Strong Customer Authentication). Our website never sees or stores your card number. There is no card surcharge.
Do you deliver?
Yes — up to about 30 minutes’ drive from the atelier, in two-hour windows. Free within 3 km (Potamos Germasogeias, the Germasogeia tourist area and village) and free everywhere for orders of €120 or more; otherwise €5 for 3–8 km and €10 for 8 km to ~30 minutes. Can I change or cancel my order?
Free changes or cancellation up to 48 hours before your date. Because every cake is made to order, later cancellations may not be refundable. See our terms.
Do your cakes contain allergens?
All our cakes contain milk, eggs and gluten, and some contain soy, sesame or sulphites. Each product page lists allergens; see the allergen guide. We cannot guarantee the absence of traces.
How should I store my cake?
Refrigerated at 0–4 °C. Take out 10–15 minutes before serving. Best within 48 hours.
Do you issue invoices for companies?
Yes. Add your company name and VAT number in the order note, or write to us.
